Iran Book Will Be Out in October

A Broad Abroad in Iran Book Cover

It’s been quite a while since I last blogged, and I hope I still remember how.  Life has gotten in the way a few times as I tried to finish my Iran book.  BUT, happy to say, it’s a hop, skip and a jump from being finished.  I’ve run the gamut of agent, publisher, self-publish or trash the manuscript.  The agent would take a year to sell the book, the publisher has almost two years to get it out, so now we’re talking three years;  I don’t even buy green bananas anymore.  I finally made a decision to go for it with either CreateSpace, a subsidiary of Amazon.com, whom I trust, or Lightning Source, a subsidiary of Ingram.  Either way, I have to make a move sometime this coming week.  I have a book signing scheduled in Big Bear at the annual Arts show in August.  I was invited to sell both books, so I do need to get busy.
